Positive Grandmothering Workshop
Being a grandmother creates a whole new galaxy of love. Within this galaxy we can suddenly be challenged by changes in ourselves and in our relationships with our partners, our adult children and their partners.
Jo-Anne brings her counselling experience to these workshops that explore the individual issues that arise within families, and help smooth the way and allow everyone to enjoy the fullness of this rich passage.
Some of the issues that will be explored are:
- How to cope with grandchildren who live far away
- How to handle and cope with disagreements between grandparents and parents
- Age appropriate games for our grandchildren that suit their different developmental stages, etc.
This workshop is available in monthly group sessions or individual counselling.
